Here’s Bert from Rodney, MI with some nice steelhead caught throughout the day. Very good numbers of steelhead are in the river system. It’s only a matter of time before conditions become ideal and the steelhead start to hit gravel!
Water levels increased slightly today to the 2500 cfs level with a light stain. Water temps are warming up to the around the 38 degree mark. The next couple weeks mixed with rain and warmer nights are exactly what’s needed to raise those water temps to that magical 42 degree point and kick the steelhead run into full gear!
