(Me and Legendary Whitetail Deer Hunter John Eberhart)

Here’s me with legendary whitetail deer hunter and instructor out of Michigan, John Eberhart.  Having grown up deer hunting myself and being surrounded by fishing clients who are avid whitetail deer hunters, it was something special for me to meet John and even better to have fished steelhead with John, Bob, and Carl on the Muskegon River!

Special thanks to Carl for putting this trip together and if you would like to learn more about John’s incredible deer hunting workshop and legendary whitetail deer hunting career you can view by clicking here: “John Eberhart’s Whitetail Workshop.”

The peak of the steelhead run is in full swing on the Muskegon River.  Steelhead can be found in pockets throughout the Muskegon with fresh fish migrating up the river system and hungry drop-back steelhead making their way back to Lake Michigan.
