New steelhead are on the move as a recent warm up this past weekend has raised water levels and pushed new steelhead up from lower stretches of the river.
For those of you that want to get some steelhead fishing in for the Holidays as kids stop home from winter break or you just want to get a line wet, give us a call. December offers excellent steelhead fishing as boat traffic slows down and the steelhead start to “gang-up” in the winter lies. 4 to 5 hours of fishing during the warmest part of the day for $275. You can’t go wrong and we have excellent boat heaters to keep you warm. Give it a try. Winter steelhead fishing is a great way to shake those winter blues and spend time in the peace and tranquility of the outdoors on Michigan’s premier Muskegon River.
